Medical Care
File a Police Report
Consider contacting a local hospital that has a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE). SANEs are trained to care for victims of sexual assault and can perform forensic medical exams, the process of collecting physical evidence from the victim.
Consider contacting the police to file a report. A police report is a written document prepared after a crime and may serve as evidence in case you choose to pursue a legal case against your abuser.
